First of all it's 15 countries, not 8. naming all 15: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania; Moldavia, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia.
