The best answer I have is to try out Disciple's "Scars Remain" album... Maybe try some Red, Write This Down, We As Human, This Fires Embrace, and other *UNDERGROUND* (emphasizing underground because most mainstream Christian music sounds the same as the next guy) Christian metal bands. Disciple went kind of mainstream though, but check them out anyway! Also, check out Project 86 and you might like Nine Lashes and Since October. Good luck with the search!
Yes. Ivan Moody has a girlfriend named Holly Smith.
on the average royalty of 16% per album sold (times) the total sale of approximately 1.7million alums sold at an average price of $15.
0.16 X 15 X 1,700,000 = 4,080,000 over the last 5 years.
4,080,000 / 5 = 816,000 per year
816,000 / 5 band members = $163,000 each per year off album sales alone.
other factors are Merchandising, Touring, Sponsorship and interviews.
Sorry that's the best i can do.

Death Cab for Cutie is a song by Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band, who are loosely affiliated with Monty Python..
Dont believe that's where it came from?
Google it again and read an interview with the band...

No, they are not but we do not know they're true religion yet.
That's all based on your opinion. But System of a Down is great.
The guy who answered this is obviously someone who never has listened to music before in his life.
Everyone knows that 5FDP is one of the most successful and influential heavy metal bands in the world. With that being said, SOAD has had some great tracks, but Death Punch has had a longer string of success.
Think about that while you knit yo self a sweater, beeyotch!

Five Finger Death Punch's best selling song would have had to have been around 2011 when American Capitalist came out. It would have to be either Under and Over It or The Pride.
**edit was to correct grammar and give correct information**
First things first, sacrilegious is not a religion. It's a lack of respect toward anything sacred. Decorating your yard with Jack-o-lanterns for Christmas is an example of a sacrilege.
No, Five Finger Death Punch is not a sacrilegious band.
Five Finger Death Punch has no specified beliefs, but in the song "Salvation", I think this song is about the people who blindly follow their religions. Those people that eat up everything the church has to say without a second thought. It's not necessarily about religions shoving it down people's throats, more about the people taking the shoving with a big smile. Those people so close minded when it comes to pointing out the flaws in what they believe in.
Their drummer, Jeremy Spencer, recorded a few songs with W.A.S.P. and is currently playing for Five Finger Death Punch as one of the founding members.
Ivan Moody was in 4 other bands:
Yes he does has a daughter with a girl by the name of Mona Lucero but Ivans mom is raising the child
