President Obama can definitely prevent Netanyahu from entering the country if he has Ebola. Other than that it it doubtful. Netanyahu can fly into Central America, hop a freight train through Mexico and then cross the U.S. border unmolested. After Netanyahu is in the United States the President is powerless to do anything as Obama has repeatedly demonstrated. President Obama has thought of stealing Netanyahu's teleprompter but Netanyahu doesn't need one.

President Obama leads the JV team from behind. Many High School Junior Varsity teams would say that Obama is a weak sister and in no way measures up to JV but even JV teams have a water boy.

Expect President Obama to go to Tehran and give a speech (using a teleprompter) to other Muslims in the Iranian Parliament. Here he will explain to the Iranian legislature the threat of Israel to world peace and worked to create and "Iranian Reset." President Obama also believes that Global Warming is totally caused by Israel.

Obama is the President of the United States and as such, he could order the State Department to flag Netanyahu's arrival and declare him a persona non-grata. Of course, it is highly unlikely he will do this, preferring instead to ignore the Israeli leader when he comes, especially since he was invited by Congress and denying him entry would be a political nightmare.

Did President Obama speak before the Iranian Parliament to refute Binyamin Netanyahu's speech before Congress?

There is no evidence that President Obama feels the need to visit Iran nor speak to their parliament. Further, Mr. Obama is not, and never has been, pro-Iranian, although like most world leaders, he wants to seek out diplomatic solutions to problems before deciding to start a war. It should also be noted that the president is not anti-Israel. But he and Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu have some very real political disagreements: Mr. Netanyahu is a Hawk, with policies similar to those of George W. Bush. He has made no secret of his support for Republicans (he came out in favor of Mitt Romney in the last election, for example), and his visit to congress was put into motion by going behind the president's back. Bibi was secretly invited by congressional Republicans, with the intent of criticizing the president's foreign policy (as well as helping himself in a close election back home). Given the partisan nature of the visit, it is not surprising that it did nothing to improve the already tense relationship between the Israeli prime minister and the president of the United States. But that said, President Obama has continued to be a friend to Israel, like other presidents from both parties.
