Tell them, "hey, cyberbullying has gotten out of control please do something about it!", if they say no then you say, " I'll do a petition( a petition is where you go around and get signatures on that subject ) they HAVE to say yes to the petition if it's a no you're on your own I don't know anymore ways
As a parent/guardian, you can keep a check on your child's internet usage. Try to find out the reasons if they feel depressed. Make them understand that cyber world is not the real one. People who bully you as strangers on net are just some cowards.
As a the one who is being bullied, just don't pay any heed to such things. Those who are doing so are just coward enough to do so in real enough. Understand it and be happy.
As a bully, just stop doing it.
The first step would be to never ignore it. When you see it happening, report it to the administration, site managers, anyone who should know.
