Try to start the engine a few times. on then off on then off it should turn off after a couple tries happened to me a several times when my remote was on the fritz.

The factory security system is disarmed by unlocking the doors with a key or remote.
all of them i dont see why they wouldnt.. all u need for an alarm is power... ground... and a remote sensor
On my 96 Camry, there is a "kill" switch on the front left of the floorboard on the driver's side. If you switch it, it will deactivate the alarm. I don't know if that helps with this model though. Ignition key should be "ON" when you use the "kill" switch to de-activate .
My Toyota Yaris does not have a remote. That might explain it.
Has to be disactivated with a drb 3. Your local Chrysler dealer can deactivate alarm. Although you may have to pay for labor time.
