If you have a bad rotor, when you turn a corner sharply it will make a humming noise kind of a wah wah wah (if you will). If you have it apart, the bearing would probably look visibly worn, rusty, dry, ground down etc. Hope this helped.
Bad wheel hub bearing? If you are referring to the slip-on type of rotor, then yes, some of them feel loose on the hub and this is normal.
No just rotate smoothly Could be bad or mis-adjusted wheel bearing Loose caliper or wheel
Bad bearings inside or loose castle nut.
If it is noisy, loose, or hard to turn, it is bad.

Most of the time you can hear a bad wheel bearing but the only 100% sure way to know is to remove the bearing and inspect it.Most of the time you can hear a bad wheel bearing but the only 100% sure way to know is to remove the bearing and inspect it.
check your brake linings they have little metal tabs that will rub the rotors when they are bad. could be a wheel bearing
Possibly loose belt or bad bearing(s). Check tension first.
Usually a bad bearing or loose belt.
If you have a pulsation on stopping the rotors are warped. They will need to be checked with a micrometer to determine if they can be resurfaced of discarded. The government set the regulations.
