remove pass side strut, steering knuckle, drive shaft and exhaust to get it out through front wheel well Or take to a qualified mechanic and pay $500 labor Take my advice ONLY REPLACE WITH AN AC-DELCO ALTERNATOR you dont want to pay that kind of labor again

Replace alternator & reverse process.

The simplest way to change it (after taking the belt off of course) is to take the bracket off off the engine... 3 or 4 bolts... Then remove the alternator from the bracket... You will need to remove the hot wire held to the alternator, but be sure to 1st remove the negative wire from the battery or you could shock the @#$% out out of yourself... Hope this helps...
