There are three little screws under the headlight switch/knob thing, and three screws under the wiper control knob/switch thingy... take those out. Place both hands on top of your dash and PULL towards you, and it will pop off... do not be afraid to pull... Ok, then you unplug the wires to the headlight switch, and then you do the same to the two plugs connected to the wipers. Set the dash on the passenger seat for now... OK! Step one! How easy! Now you need to take out the Black, (not gold) screws, and pull out the instrument panel, also don't be afraid to give that a nice tug too,... Now, with the panel in your hands, flip it over the its backside and marvel how cool it looks... then find the 4(I think)light bulbs!!! There is one indented in the center, one to the right, one to the left... they are about 1/2 in. wide and round... now... I realized that that was not my problem... the bulbs were not burnt out... check the fuses (drivers side, with door open, inside dash, with a cover that says 'fuses' on it :)... I did that ages ago... as it said #15 or something is Instrument Panel (3 watts) it turned out to be the S.I.R fuse.
