The Power Steering hose is secured with a swivel nut on each end of the hose. Loosen the swivel nuts by turning them to the left. The power steering hose will come off. Reverse the process to install the new power steering hose.

The line threads into the top of the pump, runs along the fan shroud and connects to a hydraulic pump attached to the cooling fan.The lower end uses a quick connect fitting that must be replaced with the new line. The O-rings are not available except with a new line.

Aside from disconnecting the hoses and unbolting the pump from the housing, you will need a special pulley puller to remove and install the power steering pulley without damaging the pulley and/or the new pump. An auto parts store can rent or sell you the special puller.
