you have to unscrew the 2 screws that hold it in and then either pry (be careful) or slide the housing forward toward the road ahead...there are 2 slides with plastic guides that hold it in....always was a tricky little bugger. When you reassemble, put a little white grease on the slides, so next time wont be so hard to take off.
There is a screw on the side of the signal, you can reach it through the middle of the bumper. unscrew that and the whole signal will come out of the bumper. pop the clips and then the lens will come off
its right above the kick panel the first black relay if you pull it out it says turn signal on the panel
