Press and hold the service wrench button with the ignition off. While still holding the button, turn your ignition to "on" (but don't start the car). Press the Min clock button and then release the wrench button.
I found these steps work well:
1. Key in slot (no Accessory activated)
2. Hold "0.0"
3. Push key in to activate Accessories
4. Push "wrench" icon button
5. Release "0.0"
6. Start vehicle
