Try this. Turn radio off. Push and hold down power button. Push scan and/or seek up or down to set clock. This works with some Chrysler radios.
TURNN RADIO OFF PUSH AND HOLD VOLUME NOB USE SEEK AND SCAN FOR HOURS/MIN.
Push the set button and within 10 seconds press the seek and scan buttons.
Unplug and reconect the coolant temp sensor.
To reset the mpg, and timer. You need to press and hold both buttons for about 5 to 6 secs.

If it is like my 1991 caravan, turn the key on, hit the "Set" key so "P" appears on the screen, then push the select key, and you are now on time settings, use your dial to dial in the time and hit "set" once finished.
use a pen and adjust the hours and minutes on the radio by pushing in the switches in the two little holes on the right side of the radiojust next to the right knob

You can set the clock, on your 2005 Dodge ram, by holding in the volume button. Turning the tuning knob as the volume button is held in. The time will advance with the tuning knob.
the clock on my 1996 Dodge Intrepid has an H and M on the right top. Use a pen or paperclip after turning the key until the power comes on, but before ignition. H changes hours and M changes minutes.
