Most smoked shoulder picnic hams are already fully cooked. They only require reheating. To cook a raw one, it is best to cook it to a proper (measured) internal temperature, or, alternatively, by time proportional to weight. There are tips galore at cooking websites.

Remove all wrappings. Put in pan, cover, and cook at 325°F for approximately 30 minutes per pound until product center reaches 160°F.

Well, if the Ham is Smoked it actually doesn't require any further cooking. In case you like to consume it warm you may just put it in the oven until the core temperature reaches about 60C ... which means its done ... there is no time since I don't know the size of your ham. SO the core temperature will be the most accurate cooking method.

To cook a smoked picnic in the oven, heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place the picnic on a rack in a roasting pan, fat side up. Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pan. You can also use apple cider or orang juice instead of water. Seal it with aluminum foil and heat it 20 to 25 minutes per pound.

To cook the smoked picnic in a slow cooker, place it in the cooker and add 1 cup of water, apple cider, or Orange Juice. Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours., or on high for 3 - 4 hours.

To cook a smoked picnic on the stovetop, place it in a large pot and put enough water in to cover it completely. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

You smoke it at around 225-250 for approximately 2 hours per lb. It's a slow process. I usually finish mine in the oven at 300 for the last hour

Smoked picnic shoulder is already cooked from smoking so you just need to heat it up. 350 over for about 25-30 minutes should be fine. cover it with aluminum foil or lid from cooking pan.
