When I lived in Nebraska with my husband, we had the house put in my name. I also bought two other houses for rental property, and they were also in my name only.
Get yourself a good lawyer and carry with the process on yourself. Don't let him force you into putting it off. He is trying to maintain control. Your husband cannot force you to stay married to him by not cooperating.Get yourself a good lawyer and carry with the process on yourself. Don't let him force you into putting it off. I would say you dont! She is married she should be focused on her husband. If they are going through problems/issues, then you should not get involved with her, you may be putting yourself in a bad situtation.
I don't know if it is considered relinquishing his rights, but if the child is his, he is still responsible for financial support of his child. Also, by putting "no children" in your divorce papers, you need to check with an attorney because putting false information can result in your divorce being declared null and void. In other words, you may be declared still legally married. And, I believe putting false information on legal documents is a crime.
if your husband and his dad are the only one putting their name on it? yes. i would be! especially if you were no longer with your husband and they would get everything. anyway- why is your father-in-law putting his name on it!? unless he is living with you or payed for pretty much all of it, i don't see how it's his business?
Yes she poisoned him by putting poison in his wine
Putting a father's name on the birth certificate does not make him legally the father if you are not married to him. You can put his name on the birth certificate, but realize that it has no legal impact. In order to have paternity established, it has to be done with a court order.
Mental abuse towards husbands is:Their wife constantly nagging at them 24/7A wife that is not willing to communicate with her husband and resolve the problems at hand.Calling their husband names such as 'loser' to 'you're a lousy lover' or, 'I should have married _____instead of you.'A wife giving constant 'silent treatments' which wears away at the husband.A wife putting her husband down in public. Believe me, she will take the heat for this one because no one likes to witness a partner putting down their mate.Trying to control the money brought into the house and not giving much of it to her husband or, having the husband come to her for money and explaining why he needs it.Getting into arguments when the husband may want to go fishing, golfing or to a bar on occasion with his male friends.Trying to control every aspect of their marriage.A wife that is constantly jealous of all females around their husband whether at a family gathering or a party.
the right penalty is ask to ur husband to pay 5 million then the problem is ok! if ur husband not pay u may call police and arrest ur husband for that problem (joking)
I'd say it means she's over you or wants to be over you. Putting you and her husband in the same space is an interesting way to attempt to prove it.
I think the married woman would say it means nothing. But in reality I think the married woman is in the wrong on two levels. 1. Married people shouldn't be touching anyone, that is if they respect their spouse. 2. The job aspect is, this could be looked at as sexual harassment if the touching is not welcomed from the other coworker. 3. How would the married woman feel is she observed her husband putting his arm around a female coworkers waist?
Get this! Instead of putting Mr. you put......DR. I KNOW! CRAZY!!
No, putting false information on a tax from is fraud; for which you can go to prison.
