Probably the weep hole. It indicates that the impellar shaft seal is worn and needs replaced. Unfortunately not all pumps can be rebuilt and some must be replaced, check with the manufacturer to see if a rebuild kit is availabe as the entire pump on some models can be quite expensive. Shop around for better prices than the manufacturer. The internet is a good place to compare prices, sometimes they are even negotiable with the parts stores, try it!
you should have a petcock valve on the bottom of the radiator. beware. do not use automobile antifreeze in a motorcycle. it contains silicone that will wear your water pump. make sure to use motorcycle antifreeze or silicone free automotive. Try this link out. It's got pictures and directions to help you with the coolant change. http://users.zoominternet.net/~capronem/Coolant%20change.htm

Most motorcycles are air cooled not water cooled. But few are water cooled and any antifreeze can be mixed with water. Not true. Most water cooled motorcycles require special coolant. It is best to not automobile coolant because they contain "scrubber" agents to keep the cooling system clean. These additives can wear out pump seals, gaskets, and aluminum parts.
Always use antifreeze. Water does not have any water pump lubricants or anti corrosion properties, antifreeze coolant does.

A 50% water 50% antifreeze is recommended.
No. The antifreeze has to be mixed with the water before the water freezes.
