you should be able to get at heater core just by removing glove box.no need to remove all the dash Is there any instructions on how to do this?
you must first remove the glove box,then you will be able to get at the screws that hold the box in place
i dont believe ford changed the location from 1994 to 1998 check behind the glove box i have a 1006 and it is behind the glove box if not there check under the hood
