could be the immobilizer or blown fuses probably the immobilizer ask a main dealer
Not unless the cables were hooked up in reverse.
Recheck your battery to see if hooked up right.
First check your fuses if none are blown then check the switch.

The cord could be broken or something on the motherboard could be broken. You could also check if all the cables are plugged in correctly into your TV.

You don't say what kind of car so make sure all of the wires were hooked up correctly.
The light control module could be the cause of hazard lights coming on after the car is turned off. There could be a problem that has caused this module to become wet and it is now not working correctly.
