AnswerAs others have already said, that is a poorly designed system that is prone to leaking. Do your self a favor and convert the whole cooling system to a 1992 model with a conventional radiator cap and overflow tank. AnswerIs it the actual tank or the hoses hooked up to it. It may be just a simple installers error(no Offense). Just make sure everithng is tight and recheck it after a week or so. AnswerI've had the same problem for a while now, I could have fixed it easilly already for about 3 bucks. My coolant reservoir leaks a little all the time, and evenually overheats. For me, it was the clamp on the hose that runs out the bottom. It comes off with pliers, and is loose. this cycles every month. Just try a clamp that tightens with a screw. Hope that helps. AnswerYou're not filling it all the way to the top are you? Only fill it about half way. I've had to buy 3 so far myself from the dealer at $70 a whack and an extra $12 for the cap
