Why is racism harmful?
It's not always harmfull. If we didn't have racism, we could possably be dead right now. If the Holocaust never happened, one of those Jews might have produced a killer, which could have killed your grandfather or grandmother, so I wouldn't be answering this question right now. Because we did, we are here today. Sure people died, but, people died because of Stallin too. no one points him out though, do they.
But, anyways, racism makes people angry, which can cause fights, which can cause harm, which can also cause death. so, DO NOT BE RACIST.
unless you are ready to face the consequences.
Racism is harmful because it perpetuates systemic inequalities and discrimination that lead to physical, emotional, and economic harm to individuals and communities. It undermines social cohesion and erodes trust among people from different racial backgrounds, hindering progress towards equality and justice.
It's dangerous because of how it makes others act upon others. To be racist doesn't mean to act violently, but as a person continues to hang on to racist thoughts and views, they may very well think they need to act on them in a violent manner; this is especially if they feel they are not getting their way through other means.
Any promotion of hatred or bias based on misunderstanding of facts without knowing or understanding is bad in society that need a reasoned approach to dealing with issues.

Racism varies in each country and is influenced by historical, social, and cultural factors. Technically, it could be. If you keep racism to yourself, then you'd only be bullying hypothetical people in your own mind. But often, thoughts of racism do lead to harmful actions such as bullying.

racism started since adam and eve so everywhere
racism
in my state almost racism had an effect over the years so i cant really say.
Basically, everyone is victim to racism. African Americans or 'blacks' are mostly the base that started racism. So, generally, they were victims of racism, yet it has slowly died down, moving the 'spotlight of racists' towards Hispanics/Asians. Now, I know that the two shouldn't be combined but still, after blacks had their share of racism, it moved towards them. Asians, however, are not as racist or end of racism as Hispanics. Technically Hispanics are more racist then being victims, so that is yet another mark on the racism pole. Nowadays, surprisingly, it is white people who are mostly at the end of racism. Probably, racism is starting from who the majority is and who the minority is, so the tides have turned. Whatever.
Very negatively as it only causes people to focus on being harmful, unfair, and discriminatory towards those who aren't of their color.
so kids don't be so lonly and have no friends
Racism exists wherever there are people, so there's a great chance it's there as well.
Nothing, maybe studying culture so they can be more racist when they have run out of disses.
