They are both built on the same rendering engine. If you want email, chat and other 'extras' included with your web browser, use mozilla... if you just want a fast and stable browswer... use firefox.
Mozilla is very easy to use it can be used like intent explore 7 it has tabbed browsing feature , you can use this , way we are using internet explorer .
