Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania, Australia, New Zealand, and other less major allies. England and Russia were the more powerful allies, with Canada, Australia and many other nations entering as well. While France was technically not one of the Axis powers, French leaders were certainly willing to surrender easily. The French resistance was quite a problem for German soldiers.
