He appealed to the German people when they needed a new leader to make them feel good about themselves after a long period of hardship after the first world war. His true nature just didn't show at first. That is, of course, a very simplistic analysis.

So Far Most Of The People Saw Him As A Hero And The Best Thing That Had Happened To Germany In A Long Time. But Hitler Wanted A Pure Races Germany, And He Got The Germans To Believe That As Well. Hitler Had To Blame The Recession On Someone And He Mostly Blamed it On The Jews Because They Had Work And They Were Wealthy Unlike Many Of The Germans. He Believed That A True Blooded German Had Blonde Hair, Blue Eyes And Pale Skin. This Was Odd Because He Had None Of Those Features, Also He Was From Austria And Not Germany.

Adolf Hitler not only plunged the world into yet another World War, however, he also succeeded at creating the very first industrialized genocide of a race. Many people question as to why Adolf Hitler is known as the most infamous man of the twentieth century, instead of other dictators such as Stalin, who killed millions more. Yet, it is because of the organized way (much like a business procedure) at which the Jews under Nazi rule were slaughtered that he is seen as a man much more evil.
