if i understood your question right then you may have a bad oil pressure switch or possibly the sensor my car has a oil light that comes on when i shut the car off and restart it but the oil level is fine just a faulty sensor, it goes away if i shut the car off and restart it if i was you i would constantly check your oil the only other thing it could be is a bad oil pump and you dont want that too go while your driving you'll blow your motor.
While the ignition is in the ON position, follow this sequence:Turn your headlights to the parking position and then OFF 3x's.
This happened on my Laguna with the electronic parking brake. It transpired that it was the Clutch Position Sensor had gone. Fortunately, mine was still under a warranty from the dealer, so they paid for it, but it looks like an easy enough job if you get the part and have some tools...
AFTER you inflate the tires to the correct pressure, turn the ignition to the on position. Then pull the headlight knob from the OFF position to the parking light position three times. This should reset the system. This is the easiest way but you can also reset it through the radio. If you would rather do it this way, it is on 6-44 in your owner's manual

some time ago this happended to my corolla.took it to my mechanic after ensuring the pressure was fine and he simply disconnected the car's battery and then reconnected it..has been two years and no problem. Pull the headlamp switch to the parking lamps 3 times Off, parking lamps, off parking lamps, off parking lamps, then you'll hear a beep
