Daylight Saving Time, for the U.S. and its territories, is NOT observed in Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Eastern Time Zone portion of the State of Indiana, and the state of Arizona (not the Navajo Indian Reservation, which does observe). ∙ 9y agoOnly South Australia (UTC+9:30/UTC+10:30), New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania (UTC+10/UTC+11) and Lord Howe Island (UTC+10:30/UTC+11) observe Daylight Saving Time or Summer Time. Western Australia (UTC+8), the Northern Territory (UTC+9:30) and Queensland (UTC+10) remain on the same time always, as do the outlying territories of Christmas Island (UTC+7), Cocos (Keeling) Islands (UTC+6:30) and Norfolk Island (UTC+11:30).
