The form the first person listed no longer exists, that I have found. Here is what I did.
Go to customer support:
Pick the service you want to email (you cant email a general customer service person, only specialized by service.)
Then use the drop-down that says "Email Us About" and then choose a subject from that drop-down and the form will come up.
Its archaic, but that's what I used today. I hope someone answers and I hope this helps you.
When you Google Fedex email this site comes up: http://fedex.com/us/customersupport/
However there is no visible email link. I went to "view source" on my web browser and found this:

I have sent an email question to them on their form to see if they reply.
It is either bad web page design or they don't want to handle email support. The email form they provide limits the size email question to perhaps 25 words or so.

∙ 13y ago1-800-go-fedex (1-800-463-3339) for customer service, the numbers for our stations and terminals don't have public numbers, so the employees at stations or terminals can help people at the counter.

There isn't an email address it is synced with website. The information is fed into the agencies private email addresses and from there they respond.

Fed Ex will delivery to virtually any address in the United States; however, they cannot deliver to PO Boxes as those are the sole domain of the US Postal Service. That said, there are options to use FedEx Smart Post which allows for Fed Ex to deliver from the supplier to the local recipient's post office and the USPS completes the delivery.

Fed Ex usually brings it to your door. As an employee of Fedex, I can tell you we cannot leave packages in a customer's mailbox.

According to fed-ex, their DHL services appears to have same day service in most cases. You can use the fed-ex services at your local store, but make sure you ask for their international express service.
What is the check clearing process?
When a check is issued and later deposited, the depositing institution presents the check to the Fed Reserve Bank in the form of a cash letter. The FRB then facilitates the passing of credits and debits between banks via Fed Accounts. The FRB will then send the check in the form of an inclearing file to the issuing bank where they will have the ability to vet the funds against customer accounts to determine pay/no pay decisions. In the event the customer has sufficient funds, the issuing bank will debit their customer in order to become whole for the funds debited to them by the Fed. If the customer does not have sufficient funds, the bank will return the item via the Fed and be passed back a credit. The customers inability to pay the check will be communicated to the depositing institution in the form of a charge back which allows them to remove the deposit before the hold expires.
