What is the working condition of Dana group of companies Nigeria like?

It is the same as working for a big corporation any where.
There are good things to it and some things which may not be so good but then it depends on what is your definition of good.
Dana is a company with 200 Expat Indians working for it in very diverse fields. It employs almost 1500 nigerians in its Nigerian Ops and more or less offer at-par conditions or better than many other companies any where in Nigeria or Abroad.

I spoke to few folks currently working for Dana. And their opinion is, "its up to you if you are motivated by challenges". You will get decent pay better than India but some stress due Lagos / Nigeria as a place. On the whole the company is well established there and diverse businesses and among the most well known companies.
