The cornbread mix in particular is not kosher because it contains lard which is a shortening from a pig.
As of June 2013, it is not advisable to use your soup mix from 2010. The shelf life of soup mix is approximately 18 months, so this would only be a year and a half. The soup mix should be discarded and new soup mix should be purchased.

Assuming that you use kosher rennet and you do not mix it with meat products, it should be fine.
Apply 8, oz of ice in a blender. next take two scoops of coffee mix or as many scoops as desired and place it on top of the ice. After applying the coffee mix, pour 3 to 4 oz of milk into the blender along with the mix and ice. For extra flavor put about 3 oz of coffee, (already made) into the mix. you can also apply carmel flavoring, as much as desired to acquire a carmel taste.
The cheese will melt. Stir it to mix it in well, and you have a cheesy soup.

Fresh onions always make my eyes water when I am peeling them. However, an onion soup mix does not have that affect. The onions are not fresh and there is no reason that your eyes should turn red from opening a package of onion soup mix.
