It is under the battery tray on the bellhousing for the tranny.
If it does not have a Hydraulic clutch, then it has no fluid. If it has a Hydraulic clutch the clutch master cylinder is normally located on the firewall, driver's side, near the brake master cylinder.

The clutch on a Saturn is not adjustable. If your having problems with the clutch, first thing you should do is check the fluid level. there is a small resiorvior located to the right of your brake master cylinder, on the firewall. If the unit is full, you may need to replace your clutch.
The clutch gets its fluid from the master brake cylinder reservoir. The master clutch cylinder sits just below the master brake cylinder reservoir and is fed fluid by gravity.

For master cylinder, lift the hood, look to the top right corner. It's the smaller of the two (brake master cylinder is the other one). The clutch slave cylinder is on the underside of the transmission.
It SHOULD be on the clutch slave cylinder. Follow the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder down to the slave cylinder. Depending on the vehicle, it could be behind the dust cover of the bell housing.
