The driver's side left-end of the dashboard does not look like an access panel but it is. Open the driver's side door as far as it will go, and then look along the seam between the lighter and darker plastic and you will find a small hole into which you can insert a screwdriver. Gently pry the panel off. Inside the panel is a (not very clear and upside down) diagram for which fuse controls which electrical item (and of course the fuses themselves).
