I believe it's located underneath the steering wheel. If you take off the panel just behind the steering wheel (pull hard, but be careful of the wire connected to the trunk release button inside the coin box) you should be able to see it easily. It's a black box, about 4" x 4" or so that says "Koyo" on it and you can see a little piece of a computer chip popping out the top righthand side. Hope this helps!

there has been a recall on power steering for the 05-2010 cobalt check with your local GM dealer and have it replaced
What power steering fluid do I put in peugeot 306sw 05 reg
The power steering reservoir can be located on the right-hand side of the engine, near the back. The cap will be labeled as power steering fluid only.
were is the power steering fluid resovoir on vauxhall signum 53 diesel
There probably is no power steering fluid in the 05 Saturn. Saturn employs an electric assisted power steering system that still has a rack and pinion, but is electrically operated. A much easier, more bulletproof design in my opinion.
on my 05 545i its located under the hood on the upper left side under microfilter
yes you can, you have to take off you serpentine belt and then disconnect lines running to your power steering pump, take out the bolts and replace it.

o4 and 05 are basically the same motor. you may need to reprogram the computer in your 05 with the 04 vin code. other than that no difference.
Its not going to be all wheel drive of course, late 05 to 07 vues 2.2 have the t4-45e 4 speed auto. just put one in out of a cobalt after figuring this out, same trans though, I'm stuck with the wiring the o3 has a separate tsb and not sure if one from an 05 to 07 will shift it. the cobalt seams to have two module boxes the 05 to 07 one .and cant find one in a junkyard to match it up. so before you go jammin an 06 cobalt trans in an 03 find a late 05 to 07 vue, will only have to change wheel bearing and get the subframe. Trying to get this done for my Dad who got screwed at a car auction and is suffering brain tumors. I have searched wire diagrams to keep it as simple as possible. The 03 wiring is simple. I don't want to drag module boxes and harnesses home from the yard. I feel like my time is running out in more than one way. If there is anyone out their that can help me i would be very greatful and Thank You.
i hear its behind the sstarter but im looking for an answer my self
