If it's the same as a 2000, it is on the back of the fuse block which is behind a triangular panel in the driver side of the dash when you open the driver door.
If I remember correctly, the flasher is built into the turn signal stalk and I think it's called the multi function switch. Good luck

It is called a Flasher Relay and is located, front seating area, driver side, under dash, under knee protector, mounted in multi-purpose fuse panel. It's black and looks like a relay and has Chrysler flasher part # 47600060 on it.

Hi, If you are looking for the (relay) for the directionals and the emergency flasher I think it is all incorporated in the turn signal stalk called the MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH. So if something goes like the signals, flasher,or wipers, the whole unit has to be changed with a price around $60.00 just for the part. Hope this is what you were asking about.
