It's located in the fuse box under the steering column- The wiper fuse is on the bottom center of fuse box. The fuse is silver made of aluminum and oblong 1/2" long. It's a dealer item only! The above answer is spot on for Jeep Cherokees too. The front wipers on my 1989 Jeep Cherokee Laredo completely stopped working the other day. I just replaced the 4.8 amp aluminum "circuit breaker" (Owners Manual page 109, item # 15) with one of the three I got from a parts yard (very inexpensive) yesterday. All three work perfectly and the wipers are back in action (with the two spares now stored in a zip lock bag in the center console, along with replacement fuses, bulbs and the owners manual).
