Arizona probably(current resident), does not require a CCW in order to carry concealed. You can carry in a bar (as long as you do not drink), on a university campus as long as you do not go into a university building. Also they do not have a waiting period. You just need to pass a background check.
Chicago, new york, los angeles, dallas, cleveland, oakland, detroit, philadelphia, newark, atlanta.
This is a BS answer. Someone copied and pasted cities with high crime rates. Atlanta has no gun laws, because the state of Georgia, which has some of the loosest gun laws in the nation, does not allow local restrictions. Neither do Ohio and Texas, where Cleveland and Dallas are located, respectively.
There are a few.Massachusetts California New Jersey and New York are the toughest.I am a gun owner in Massachusetts.
California. New York may take that title, depending on if the SAFE Act is implemented in its full form.
The strictest if them all is Washington, D.C. As far as states go, it was California. If the SAFE Act goes through, it will be New York.
Ca, NJ
IL is up there
In terms of drinking and driving laws, Russia, China, Taiwan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates are the strictest
Massachusetts and New York are about tied for being the state with the strictest gun control laws. In both of those states, one must have a permit just to own a handgun. However, Washington D.C., though not a state, has the strictest laws of all. They have an outright ban on handguns. You can have shotguns or rifles, but they have to be kept locked in a safe, without ammo. Also, they can't be semi-automatic.
Pennsylvania Wow, I thought It'd be Alaska or Texas....
Define 'worst'. Do you mean which country has the laws which allow the most irresponsible gun ownership (which is debatable), or the strictest gun laws? The strictest would be Greece, where anyone wanting a gun licence has to take a strict examination from a psychiatrist and a gun doctor, and about 19/20 applications for a licence get rejected.
What country?
Utah
michigan
Probably China but I can't guarantee this answer.
Washington
Yes. Most cities have more onerous gun control laws than the United States does. However, many of them still have higher crime rates than the US does, and within the US, the states and cities with the strictest gun control laws often have the highest crime rates, such as Chicago and Washington, D.C.
germany
Depends on the parts, and from what country. The frame (receiver) of a gun is subject to import laws.
