In my opinion he does it because he is not committed to you or your baby and blames you for taking away his freedom even though it takes two. He needs to grow up and face his responsibilities as a father and as your partner and support you and his child.
Honestly ask yourself this.... is this what I want from MY life, for my child's life? A man who disrespect me and abuses me? Is this the person I want my child to learn from about respect, morals, decency, on how to behave in life, how to treat a woman, a mother, a wife? Or would I be better off alone with my self respect, and to some day meet a man who truly loves me ?
You need to toughen up here honey and give him an ultimatum - its either the other women or its you and his commitment to become a family with you and your child and you need to MEAN IT. If you do not, he will ALWAYS do this to you, always. And he wont EVER stop because YOU ALLOW HIM to get away with it. Why would he stop when he can do what he likes with whomever he likes and blame you for it? He has his cake and is eating it too while you are literaly home "holding the baby". He is taking no blame for his own action right now, he feels no guilt or shame about hurting you and dragging you down when you need him and his support the most. Do you need that?
