It is always a tragedy when anyone commits suicide. Bullying feels very painful to the person being bullied. They may feel like a prisoner to the pain the bully puts them through day after day and it hurts very much. The pain they feel seems like it will never end, so they may take drastic measures. Later in life the bully may realize the weight of those actions and suffer as well.

Plus people will be sad if a person commits suicide because they will lose a friend or a family member or whatever relationship they have going on.

no you should all ready know that
Yes, I do believe that if a student were to bully them on the internet ( or known as cyber bullying ) they should be suspended. Even if it is on the Internet, it is still considered bullying. There have been some cases where the victim committed suicide ( or known as bullycide ) because of cyber bullying. Either way, it does not matter if it was on the Internet or not, it is still bullying and it hurts the victim. It depends on where they are cyberbullying. If the School is 100% sure it is while on their premises then they may take a view to suspend a student. If it is from elsewhere then it cannot be held responsible for that student and therefore they should not suspend them.
you can stop cyber- bullying by hanging up posters all around you neighbourhood or doing a campaign for people that are bullied.
Since there hasn't been a change in bullying over the years, why should we still try? Instead of using the schools money on classes for bullying, they should spend it on sports and academics. Because, that wont only put the money to a good use, but also to get more kids involved and to have a boost in self-confidence for themselves. You also need to think about where the bullies get it from, and why the do it. Statistics say that the source of bullying comes from how their parents treat them, and how they feel about themselves. Low self esteem leads to being rude to others to make yourself feel better. Second Opinion: Bullying is a big problem, and kids are not well equipped to handle it. WikiAnswer has a zero-tolerance policy on cyberbullying, and schools as well should have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying. There should be seminars and training, both for potential bullys and for potential victims. At minimum, someone caught bullying should be suspended, with a flunking grade for every subject they are taking, and repeat offenders should be expelled. Again, ZERO-TOLERANCE.
Being a bystander to cyberbullying means witnessing acts of online harassment or bullying and choosing not to intervene or take action. Bystanders have the power to make a difference by reporting or standing up against cyberbullying, but by choosing to remain passive, they inadvertently enable the behavior to continue. It is important to actively support the target and create a safe online environment by speaking out against cyberbullying.
