there is an actuator in the steering column that is broken. its a small aluminum piece that is common to break. taking apart a good portion of the steering column is necessary for replacement.
If you have spark at all but one plug, the problem is with that plug, wire, cap or rotor.
bleed your clutch..that may be the problem
I work in the auto parts business and it sounds like you need a new lock cylinder. The ignition lock cylinder is worn out.
The problem is your rack and pinion .
replaced the ECU thats the problem.
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem I had this exact problem. The problem was that the wheel cylinder was leaking and causing the TCS and ABS lights to come on. I replaced the rear drums and pads and wheel cylinder. This solved the problem.
Whenever you are having a problem with the clutch disengaging the engine from the transmission it is advisable to bleed the clutch slave cylinder. If the clutch can't be operated by bleeding the slave cylinder then the clutch master cylinder is gone and should be replaced.

I had the same problem and went ahead and replaced cylinder 1 coil and all the spark plugs and it worked.
the problem is the switches themselves, just poorly designed.
i have the same problem, already replaced the switch. Its the motor. its around $90 new
