Its old, google how to clean (ICV) idle control valve.
The idle air control valve is on the the bottom of the throttle body.
ckeck for vac. leak at brake booster
Start with a full tune up including fuel and air filters, spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor.
Could be many things. Amoung them, low engine idle, one or more vaccum leaks, engine missing.

If you look on the underside of your hood when it is open there should be a sticker that tells you. Usually between 650-750 rpm
