What would cause a 1992 Nissan 2.4 truck not to accelerate after replacing the fuel filter pump coil wires plugs distributor throttle body ECU throttle position O2 cold water sensor injectors and rail?

A clogged catalytic converter? Or some other exhaust pipe obstruction. Try removing an O2 sensor on the exhaust and see if it accelerates then, if it does, your catalytic converter could very well be clogged. Also, if your EGR valve isn't working properly, it will cause your engine to stall out. Hope this helps.
