It is not getting fuel, air or spark. Take out one of the plugs with the spark plug wire on and wear heavy gloves. Hold the tread part of the plug to a body ground and have some one crank the Jeep. If you see sparks you are ok, if not you need a coil roter cap. Reinstall the plug and take off the breather. Does it smell really stong of gas, if so it is flooded. If not port a small about of gas in the carb and crank (Be ready for a back fire) the Jeep. If it starts you have a bad fuel pump, cloded line or filter. If she still won't run you go me. May have jumped time. Mark

Then go to the fire wall to the right side of the battery box and the internal bracket is held there by two nuts to the fire wall. The computer can then slide out, be unplugged and exchanged.
