It is not getting fuel, air or spark. Take out one of the plugs with the spark plug wire on and wear heavy gloves. Hold the tread part of the plug to a body ground and have some one crank the Jeep. If you see sparks you are ok, if not you need a coil roter cap. Reinstall the plug and take off the breather. Does it smell really stong of gas, if so it is flooded. If not port a small about of gas in the carb and crank (Be ready for a back fire) the Jeep. If it starts you have a bad fuel pump, cloded line or filter. If she still won't run you go me. May have jumped time. Mark

voltage reulater is usually a built in part of the alternator. if not in alternator it will be on the fire wall On a 1992 it is part of the engine computer.
AnswerWhat computer?I have a 1990 jeep wrangler with throttle body injection -found the computer hanging above the glove box- there are four nuts that hold the hold on bar and glove box. Then go to the fire wall to the right side of the battery box and the internal bracket is held there by two nuts to the fire wall. The computer can then slide out, be unplugged and exchanged.
I just put one on the rear tire fender next to the rear seat. it looks nice and its out of the way.

The Clutch fluid (same as break fluid) is located in the Master Cylinder directly in front of the steering column on the other side of the fire wall under the hood.
try replacing the computer below the washer fluid. gave me a hassle for a few weeks when i replaced my coil.
Look fore a hose under the dash on the passengers side or in the engine compartment fire wall, it may be plugged up or missing.
