Not sure if this is the total or correct answer for you. But I had this issue with mine after having engine work done, turns out that the ground wire hadn't been reattached properly under the hood. When the ground wire was fastened down properly, the issue with the lights was gone. Just a first thing to check.

Remove the dash and remove the instrument cluster, the lights are in the back of the cluster.
your instrument cluster is either corroded and needs to be cleaned, or the circuitry on it is fried.
