1995 gmc vandura van and the left turn signal doesnt flash nor work properly it has a very slight amount power very dim cant really tell unless you look hard but interior signal indicator stays on.?

I have a 1995 GMC Suburban and started having similar experience with the difference of when I press my brake pedal my dashboard lights come on and my left turn signal stays on when my headlights are on. From conversations with mechanics it may be one of several things. You may want to gently "jiggle" your turn signal handle either while the left signal is on or before turning it on to see if that changes anything. You may want to look at other lights to see if any others are on or off while the turn signal is on. The brakes are wired through the turn signal handle and may effect how the signal is working and this may help narrow down the problem. Make sure you check your bulbs and finally you may have a ground wire that is not grounded well.
