The rear A/C has a heater blend door actuator that is stuck open to the heater core. I purchased one at Rockauto.com part #1572792.

if you heat in back but not front is usually caused by front heatercore stopped up. you can try to back flush heatercore. also make sure to get air out of system using bleeder screws.
