Take the panel off on the drivers side to the left of the stering wheel (in between the dash and where the door closes) where the fuses are. there is a red reset button. Turn your ignition to where you lights come on but not your car. Press it and hold it down. You might have to release and press again. You car will start dinging like when the door is open. When it dings press it again and it shoudl go away. I have to do mine every time I get my oil changed. Lord knows mechanics are to lazy.

yes the motor will fit in the car chassis but u might have to change all the wiring harness's because i am pretty sure that, that motor is a 24 valve...but if a 16 valve came out of the 95 and ur putting a 16 valve into the 95 u shouldn't have to change the wiring harnesss
