sand in the starter or dead battery. make sure your battery is fully charged and stand up your ATV on its rear wheels 3/4 of the way and try to start it. itll get the sand out but make sure your battery is charged. if that doesnt work it could be your sarter solenoid. 20 bucks at Honda
You cannot get charamander again or in another place you have to choose him as a starter.
Remove the faulty new starter and replace it again. you know get another one. assuming you were correctly installing it.

What you do is trade your starter to another game, resart, and get a different starter and do it again. You can also use action replay but you'll have to wait a while because Pokemon Black & White are new games.

You have to choose one then trade it with a friend, start again get a different starter trade this one to a friend, then start again chossing the only other starter Pokemon get the other two back from your friends and you have all three!
