92 Chevy Cavalier is turning over but not starting The engine is not getting a spark and all possibilties have been checked Is it possible that the ECM may have gone bad If so how do you check the ECM?

I think that has coil packs. Them good? Under them is the ECM. I changed one at 240,000 miles on my 91. Junk yard had it for 20 bucks. I just replied to someone on here about how to change it. Its not the easiest, its on the back of the motor at the base of the spark plug wires. But 1.5 hrs later I got it.
