Hi,I am a 17 year old farm and ranch kid who has had this problem before. Well have you looked to see if you can plug it in? If not you should see if you can have a block heater put in so that you can plug it in when it is cold out. If you can't you should have somebody look at it because to me it sounds like that your starter is going out.

U can swap a turbo engine from japan that came in the blue bird which is called a altima in the US...
Check the power steering fluid to see if it needs to be filled. If not, then you may need a new power steering pump.
