93 vw cab-when oil temp gauge reads 50c the oil lights starts blinking on the dashboard if engine rpm is over 2k it stops then when temp gauge hits 90c buzzer starts if engine above 2k rpm it stops?

Before you go spending tons of cash on this motor, try this...............Change your oil and use 20w 50 weight oil. I have had many of these cars and it always happens this way. Dont forget to get a Mann filter or Bosch filter. They have a return valve in them that keeps oil in the motor better. If you live in a cold climate, then 20w 50 weight may be too thick. Use 10w 40 and if the light comes on, put in a bottle of stp oil treatment. I am fairly certain this will fix the problem. It has always worked for me. Good Luck. The oil pressure switches and/or their related wiring could be faulty.
