been there done that. it the security system. quick,cheap fix is to replace the instrument panel. find one at car-part.com. you cant bypass it or even if you were to get a new one ($$$$$) they fail too.
remove ash-tray,remove two screws and gently pull on lower pannel. You now have access to a/c controls lights on rear of pannel. To remove top pannel just remove two screws at bottom of pannel and again gently pull pannel out.
their is a fuse box on the left kick pannel, and right kick pannel and center consel, my bet is left pannel for brake
They would be in the fuse pannel located on the left side of the dash. The drivers door needs to be open and the fuse pannel cover removed to access the fuse pannel. The diagram on the inside of the cover will show you which fuse does what.
there is a brake light fuse in the pannel you just need to look for it.
lt pannel is a iow tensan pannel. lt pannel work is 240v and 440v. ht pannel is a high tensan pannel . ht pannel work is 11kv,33 kv ,66kv, 120kv
you have to replace the dashboard lite fuse in the fuse pannel ,it is located under the dasboard on the left side
in the interrior fuse pannel it is the fuse labeled DOME LIGHT, or possibly INTERRIOR LIGHTS. i believe it should be a 15 maybe 20 amp fuse

a solar pannel does not last forever a solar pannel has lots of dangerous chemicals in it it takes more energy to make a solar pannel than the pannel itself will generate in its entire lifetime hope this helps
