Take off your distributor cap and use a blow dryer to dry out the cap and components. Its possible you have a hair line fracture in the cap.

The temperature sensor needs Replacing.
it is most likely your fuel pump
Maybe you worked your truck a little to Hard. EASE UP on driving just a bit.
Check your fuses could be an electronic issue.

Overheating ? - Check radiator for water and coolant, and engine for enough oil and not old burnt oil
