On the 89- 300zx the mass air flow sensor is located under the panel that is between the head lights. remove the panel and you will find the air filter box. the maf is bolted directly to the filter box
The 300ZX Shop Manual has one page visual for all the components, the sensor located on the drivers side just to the right side of the Distributor. Its screwed into the block near the top of the block and has two fine wires coming out of the sensor.

The knock sensor on Nissan 300ZX non-turbo from 1990 thru 1996 is located below the lower intake manifold on the rear of the engine block. To replace the knock sensor the upper and lower intake manifolds need to be removed. It is always best to replace the knock sensor with a new one considering its major dissasembly.

Update: The optical crankshaft sensor is located inside the distributor, which is on the top front of the engine on the drivers side.
Looking at the engine on the right ride. Its going to be the round object where the timing cover stops on front of the engine.
You are low on coolant or the low coolant sensor/wiring/connection is bad.
